(BMS 傘下) が "PAK1 特異的な阻害剤" を開発中！
膵臓癌の増殖は、PAK ファミリーキナーゼ (6 種類、PAK 1-6) の内、PAK1 とPAK4 に依存! PAK2 を阻害すると、副作用 (心臓毒) が発生！ 従って、PAK2 を阻害し難い薬剤を開発する必要あり！

未だ「In vitro 実験のみ」で、"動物実験" で、副作用のない事を, 更に確かめる必要あり！
さて、我が友人である 米国のTCCC (癌研) の Jonathan Chernoff によれば、Novartis "Allo" は、癌細胞中では、効果が極めて弱い (実用価値がない！) ので、 2022年末に、この試薬にサリドマイドの誘導体で、「Lenalidomide 」と呼ばれる「副」(奇形誘導) 作用のない、ユビキチンligase に結合して、標的の蛋白分解を促す化合物を結合し、BJG-05-039 なる、いわゆる「PROTAC」を開発したそうである。このhybrid 「PROTAC」は幸い、 癌細胞内で、PAK1 をIC50= 7 nM で、分解するそうだ！ ただし、マウス実験には、大量の試薬が必要なため、未だ動物実験はやっていないと言う。 そこで、線虫を使って、寿命や耐熱性が改善されるかどうかも、調べたらどうかと最近、忠告してみた (文殊の知恵) 。この PROTAC の "欠点" は分子量が大きい (821) ため、血管脳関門 (BBB)を通過しにくく、脳腫瘍 (NF etc) には効かない！

我々自身が 2015年に沖縄で開発した「15K」(鎮静剤 "ケトロラック" の誘導体で、細胞透過性の高いPAK1遮断剤) は、10 nM で、線虫の熱耐性を9倍も高め、更にマウス実験でも、膵臓癌の増殖や転移を(副作用無しに) 抑えた！
結論的には、製薬会社の研究法は古臭く、特異性にばかり執着して、動物実験、臨床実験では、副作用が多い薬剤しか発見出来ない！ 我々の如く、「美白作用」を指標に、"PAK1 遮断剤"を開発するのが、"最善" (=天国への近道) である！

実は、我が輩が米国に2度目の研究滞在をしていた1984年から1988年にかけて、連続テレビ映画に、Michael Landon & Victor French の「天使」コンビで、毎週放映されていた番組があった。その内容については、もう憶えていないが、基本的には、「この世には神も仏も存在しない」ので、我々一人一人が「天使役」を務めなければ、世の中は良くならない、という筋だった。
このブログ では、我が輩独特の脚色で、その「二番煎じ」(実話) を掲載したい、実は、新居 (Atherton 高原の我が家) の前庭の垣根に沿って、隣りの家に通ずる (雑草を刈取った) 細い坂道を "Highway to Heaven" と名付けて、毎日登り下りしている。。。

Well, Tony is a former Harvard Med School graduate, and very talented leader. Recently he (and his close friend called "Barry" born in Hawaii) got angry at Don, because their Harvard was financially attacked by this stupid king.
Thus, Charlie hinted Tony to play an ancient role of "David", a young shepherd who beated "Goliath" with his "pachinko" (a stone-throwing devise). Well, both Charlie and Tony are over 80 now, but still keep a "young" spirit, and share a very "sharp" brain as the US senator "Bernie Sanders". Back in 1970s, they contributed to a great discovery of a Pathogenic/Ageing kinase called "PAK", blockage of which leads to the promotion of longevity...

Frondoside A (ステロイド配糖体) ：
海鼠 (煮汁) 中のPAK抑制/遮断成分
2008年頃、米国シカゴ郊外にある大学の研究室で、英国人のアドリアン博士は、北大西洋に棲息する海鼠 (Frondosa) の煮汁から膵臓癌の治療に良く効くステロイド配糖体を捕出して、「Frondoside A 」(FRA) と名付けた (1)。
さて、一般に、海鼠の煮汁には「美白作用」があることが知られ、美容石鹸の成分として利用されていた。 さて、2015年頃、我々は沖縄の琉球大学構内に設立した "PAK研究センター" で、Melanin 色素の合成に PAK が必須であることを、初めて突き止めた！
そこで、(我々は) FRA が PAK を如何に遮断するかを調べた結果、2017年頃に、(沖縄産プロポリス同様) PAK を直接阻害することを突き止めた (2)！
更に、FRA ばかりではなく、沖縄近海で捕れる海鼠にも、同様なPAK 阻害成分 (ステロイド配糖体) が含まれる事が判明した。
従って、海鼠の煮汁で、膵臓癌などを含めて、(様々な腫瘍の) 治療が可能なはず。。。。
勿論、"健康長寿" にも役立つ！

イランは、米国への「報復措置」として、中東からの原油/天然ガスの主要な輸入通路である「ホルムズ海峡」を閉鎖する計画を立てつつある。この海峡を隔てて、イランと向き合う "UAE" (アラブ連合共和国) の打撃は計り知れない！
我が輩の研究仲間に、UAE で、海鼠中のPAK遮断成分を研究している英国人 (Tom Adrian 博士) がいる。 この宗教戦争に "UAE" が巻き込まれる前に、安全な "豪州" に, 急きょ避難することを、目下、彼に呼びかけている。。。
もし、第3次世界大戦 (イスラエル & 米国 対 イランなどイスラム諸国) が勃発したら、米国内の次の "21 諸州 " (Blue States) が "トランプ王国" から離脱して、カナダに合流する用意があるそうである： California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Hawaii.

山田長政： 駿河の人。 江戸時代の初期 (1611年)、「鎖国の令」を破って、シャム (現在のタイ国) に渡り、首都アユタヤの日本人町の長となって外交・貿易に従事。 また、(将軍として) 内戦を治めてシャム国王の信任を得たが、王の死後、ライバルの将軍によって毒殺された。
我が輩が初めて、海外生活をしようと夢見始めたのは、この人物の伝記を母から渡されて読みふけって以来のことである。恐らく、小学3年頃だった。
実際に初めて海外に渡航 (渡米) したのは、それから、22年後に大学で博士号を得てからのことである。米国から西独、豪州へと、半世紀以上、海外生活 (武者修行) を楽しんできたが、幸いにも、未だ "ライバル" による「毒殺/暗殺」からは、免れている。。。

Atherton News: Opening Hill "Table Tennis" (TT) Center
on "July 5th" at 21 Viola Street, Atherton
Every Saturday afternoon (1 : 00 - 4: 00 pm) :
Everybody above 10 years old , for "Free" !
I have recently decided to open a new "Table Tennis" (TT) Center at my own home, 21 Viola Street, using garage or veranda or both.
The "opening" date will be July 5th, this winter. Every Saturady afternoon between 1 pm and 4 pm, TT table(s) and rackets will be avialable for everybody (above 10 years old) for "Free".
Since the "parking space" for cars is limited, I shall encourage everybody to climb up the "hill" toward the top of Viola Street by your own feet (for good exercise!), promoting a "sound" mind in a "sound" (healthy) body!

Jacinda Ardern 女史 (NZ 前首相) が回想録を出版！ 37歳で労働党政権の首相に就任、独特の手腕で、激動の7年間を担当 後、米国に移住し、Harvard 大学で教鞭生活を開始！ 無敵 "All Blacks" が誇るタフな "ハカ" 精神を紹介！
敗戦直後、日本の政界で活躍した "加藤シズエ" (社会党)と対比して読んでみると、面白い！
日米の "女性" 政治家たちが学ぶべき教訓は一体何か？
一口で言えば、「文武両道」の精神である！
"ドイツ語" 訳本は既に出版。英文回想録は, 333 pages なので、邦訳は (完訳すれば) 上下 2巻 (500 pages ) になる模様。
残念ながら、彼女の政治家キャリアや回想録に一貫した論理性が欠ける傾向があり、直訳は我々には中々難しい。。。そこで、単なる "直訳" の代りに、二人の女性政治家を対比させ、"ユニークな評伝" (加藤静枝とJacinda Ardern: 時代の怒涛を乗り越えた「母親」政治家, ca 200 pages) を綴るのも一案。。。
実は、 つい最近、 ヘレン= ホッパー著； 加藤静枝伝 (英文、1996年出版) を読み終わったところ。 この "邦訳" は長女 ( 加藤タキ) が、1997年に出版しているはず。。。
或いは、日本女性として初めて、UN 難民高等弁務官 (1991-2001) として海外で活躍した 緒方貞子(1927~2019) と比較しながら、評伝を出版するのも一策だろう。。。
21世紀の日本では、小池百合子 (都知事) の如き「嘘つき政治家」ばかりがはびこっているが、昭和期の日本やつい最近の "NZ" では、"全うな" 女性政治家が活躍していた。。。
NZ (New Zealand) は豪州大陸と隣り合わせの "火山列島" (北島と南島) で、日本の自然環境に近い (高山や森、 温泉が多い)。 "原住民" (マオリ) と, 主に英国からの移民が平和に共存している。。。北島では、養蜂が盛んで、良質の "プロポリス" (PAK遮断剤) が生産されている。。。
1953年に (英国遠征隊の先頭に立って) 世界最高峰の "エベレスト" に初登頂した "ヒラリー卿" の故郷は、NZ北島で、実は(登山家になる前) 彼は父親や兄と共に "養蜂" をしていた。そのお蔭で、病気もせず "米寿" を全うした！
登山の好きな我が輩は、しばしば NZを訪れるが、北島には、養蜂場を経営する "親友" (マオリと英国人の混血) がおり、"Bio 30" と呼ばれるプロポリスを (20年ほど昔) 紹介された。。。
Ardern 女史の生地は、NZ の北島 ハミルトン市 (養蜂業が盛んな町！、Beehive = 蜂の巣という愛称で知られる)。つまり、彼女は言わば、 NZ の「女王蜂」的な存在！
豪州もNZも共に "英連邦諸国" であるが、概して、NZ は豪州よりも、政治的に進歩的であり、NZ は既に労働党から、ヘレン=クラーク (1999-2008) を含めて、2名の "女性" 首相を誕生させている。
実は、保守党の Jenny Shipley 女史 (PM: 1997-1999) を含めれば、NZ では、女性首相 3名！
従って、"未だに女性の元首を出していない" 日本、米国、中国、ロシア etc の「封建主義」
(= 男尊女卑) 社会から、速やかに離脱するために、NZ の政治から学ぶべきことが多々あると、我が輩は信じている。。。
Ardern 女史とBarry Obama との間には、(単なる偶然かもしれないが) 政治家としての出発点がほぼ同じ時期に、同じ様な経過を経て、政界の頂点に登り詰めた。オバマは、2007年に "オーガナイザー" (社会福祉) から、"米国の大統領" に出馬を決心し、見事に成功した！ アーダーン女史も(国際的な) "オーガナイザー" の長から、NZ の議会に初めて、出馬を決意して、労働党の "MP" (議員) として、28歳で初当選した。 頂点に登り詰めて後、両者共、トランプによる "Harvard 大学に対する露骨な差別" に抵抗して、「学問の自由」のために、共に闘い始めている。。。
回顧録 の 12 章 によれば、2008年の NZ "総選挙" では、それまで 9年間、ヘレン=クラーク女史が, 首相を勤めていた労働党が, 野党 (保守党、日本の自民党に相当) に大敗して、クラーク首相は辞任、アーダーン女史が比例代表で、労働党のMPに初当選した。つまり、将来の首相候補が、過去の首相と丁度、"バトンタッチ" をしたという形になった！
さて、このタイミング良い (新旧交代劇) の裏には、"同卿" ハミルトン市 (Beehive) 出身のGrant Robertson という僚友 (旧友) の計り知れない助っ人があったことは言うまでもない (詳しくは、我々の "邦訳" を後ほど参照されたし)。
11章に、極めて興味深い (アーダーン女史に関する) 「転機」が述べられている。 実は、彼女は政治に足を染める前まで、キリスト教の一派 (1830年頃、米国ユタ州に誕生した「新興」宗教) モルモン教の信者だった (祖父/祖母の影響らしい)。 しかしながら、ヘレン=クラーク女史 (労働党の首相) のオフィスに勤務し始めて以来、自らの政治活動とモルモン卿の教え (例えば、同性愛/結婚 etc に関して) との間に、妥協出来ない「ギャップ」を感じて、とうとうモルモン教を捨てた！
17章にも大変興味深い事が述べられている：Ardern 女史は "卓球" の選手！ 卓球はスポーツの中で、最も "頭脳" を発揮させる球技である！ 我が輩は中学生時代、担任の数学教師から、放課後、卓球の特訓を受けた経験がある。勿論、卓球の技のみならず、数学の成績も上がり、(卒業時には) いわゆる "マンモス" 区立中学 (一学年の生徒数が800名以上！) で、全校トップの成績に到達！
若い男女に卓球を奨励する理由の一つは, ここ (文武両道) にある！ しかも、卓球は "健康長寿" にも役立つ (その数学教師=田中恒夫先生は、その後、母校=都立西高 の教師になり、90歳まで健康で, 他界)。 当時、西高の卓球部 (西卓) は、都立で "ナンバーワン" だった！
2017年9月のNZ 総選挙ほど、ドラマチックな出来事は、歴史上にない！ 労働党は、保守党に (単独議席数では、 僅かに) 敗れたが、幸いグリーン党と, いわゆる「マオリ党」との連立が成立し、労働党首のアーダーン女史が首相に就任すると同時に、彼女自身が (意外にも) 妊娠中であることも 明白になった！ 翌年、娘 (長女 Neve) が誕生するや、女史は首相として史上初めて、「産休」を取り、代りにマオリ党首のウインストン= ピータースが "臨時" 首相に就任した！
疑いもなく、彼が「晴天の霹靂」の如く降ってきた「首相代理」の職を楽しんだに違いない！
驚くなかれ、この長女の父親にあたる "クラーク" が女史 (首相) に婚約を初めて申込んできたのは、それから一年後のイースター(復活祭) に、モコタヒ丘の頂上でのことだった！
27章に、2020年初頭の「COVID 撃退」に成功したNZ政府の決断が紹介されている。台湾政府と同様、「女性」の元首による敏速かつ適切な対応だった。 国境を閉鎖して、自国民以外の旅行者の入国を禁止した！ 「観光業」には明らかに痛手になったが、国内でのCOVID蔓延をピタリとストップした。アーダーン女史の手柄だった！
2022年5月に、NZの政治史に、新しい扉が開かれた！ 国会議員 (MP) の丁度半数が "女性" 議員になった！
さて、アーダーン女史が、7年後に一体何故、首相を急に辞任し、 ハーバード大学に赴任を決心したのかは、未だに "謎" に包まれている。我が輩も(18年間勤務した) 豪州のメルボルンにある癌研究所を63歳で、急に辞める決心をした経験がある。理由は多々あるが、最も重要な理由は、もっと自由に研究をしたかったからだ。 彼女も恐らく、政府や政党の束縛から離れて、自由な研究生活を送りたかったのだろうと、我が輩は推量している。。。
最後に、日本とNZ との外交関係： 日本の (封建的な)「安倍政権」期間には、女史の訪日は一度もなかった！ 2022年4月22日、(安倍/管内閣解散後の) 岸田内閣時 に、女史が一度、初めて訪日した！ 安倍普三が射殺されたのは、それから半年後のことである (実際の「殺人犯」は、未だ逮捕されていない！) 。。。
他方、NZ と欧州諸国、特に英国やドイツとの外交関係は極めて密であり、女史は2018年の春 (出産直前！) に、英連邦会議 (CHOGM) に出席するため、欧州を歴訪した。英国のエリザベス女王や、 ドイツの保守党宰相 (首相, 2005-2021) であるアンゲラ=メルケル女史とは、極めて親しく、彼女の回想録の "ドイツ語訳" が最初に出版されたのは、メルケル女史の計らいによるものと、我が輩は推察している。。。メルケル女史自身の回想録 (Freiheit, 自由) もごく最近、出版された。 "ベルリンの壁" 崩壊後、東独から西独に移住して、「自由」のために、辛抱強く戦った「物理学」出身のメルケル女史を (「保守党」政治家ながら)、我が輩は 深く尊敬している。

The pen is mightier than the sword!?
The 2025 Memoir by Jacinda Ardern (the former NZ Prime Minister) : The "haka" is mightier than the sword or gun!
The "Ist line" words were the logo of Keio University founded by Yukichi Fukuzawa in Japan during mid 19th century (in 1858).
Is it still valid in this century? It depends on where you live or work. YES, it is still valid in South Korea (see the outcome of June 3rd election).
However, I regretfully tell you that it has never worked in Japan, except for 1867 when Edo Shogun resigned and Meiji Emperor took the power, without a bloody war.
Since then the sword is far mightier than the pen in Japan, till now. That is why I left Japan for good more than 50 years ago.
In Australia where I have been for more than 37 years, this words have been true, except for the very beginning of this new nation back to 1788, when British navies took/stole this new land from the Aboriginal people without any consent or negotiation.
Regarding this words, the neighboring NZ (New Zealand) has a much better history. British settlers peacefully negotiated with Mauri people to immigrate there. However, for medical scientists such as myself, Australia in particular Melbourne is much better place than NZ, and therefore I settled in Melbourne instead of NZ since 1988, when the Aussie were celebrating the bi-centennial.
In both China and Russia as well as North Korea, the sword is alway mightier than the pen.
How about in the US? During both Independence and Civil Wars as well as WWII, the sword or gun was mightier than the pen. Well, at least during the current "Trump" era, the sword is mightier than the pen, although scholars at Harvard University keep resisting his sword...

Her (English) memoir was published from Penguin Books Australia, and I hope I will get it in a week at our local bookstore in Atherton, and might translate it into Japanese for the publication, if I am prevailed by a publisher to do so. I hope it will encourage Japanese "female" politicians at least...

Our "Cultural" Identity vs "Racial"/Genetic Identity?
"Brain" genes versus "Skin" genes!
I was born in Japan between Japanese father and mother, and still have a Japanese passport.
However, I have never identified myself a "Japanese". Why?
I have lived in Tokyo for ca 30 years, but then spent overseas (Australia, US and Germany) for more than 50 years.
Besides my father was a scholar in German culture, and my mother was a specialist in American English.
Thus, "culturally" I am a half (hybrid) of Asian and European, although "genetically" a 100 % Japanese.
I am a molecular biologist, and well aware that expression of each gene is affected by environment.
Thus, even "identical" twin could show entirely different phenotypes/personal characters.
Barack (or Barry) Obama, the former US President was born in Hawaii, between American mother and African father. So although genetically he is a half of White and Black, culturally he is a Hawaiian American citizen. In this island, more than 40% are Asians !
Thus, it should be much wiser for us to identify each person, mainly based on his or her "cultural" background(s), instead of "color" of their skin.
Unfortunately, however, the current US President (Trump) is a racist who can see only the color of people's skin, but not their cultural backgrounds. Of course, one can say he is much better than cows or bulls who are "color-blind"... Unfortunately, he is most sensitive to "Crimson", the color that Harvard University reprents, and is raising a fierce war against it, just like a Spanish bull fighter.
In conclusion, we should focus on the function of "brain" genes, instead of "skin" genes, for charaterization of people.
The "Olympic" rings are blue, yellow, black, green and red. If I understand correctly, blue and yellow represent Europe and Asia, respectively, Alternatively, blue and yellow represent "Ukraine" which is fighting against Putin's Russia. In front of my new house in Atherton, I recently made a low timber fence, painted in blue and yellow, alternately, telling my neighbors that I support the Ukraine in this current war. This is only a part of the truth. It also tells that I am a hybrid of Asian (yellow) and European (blue). Politically, I am a supporter of "Greens" (blue plus yellow). Most interesting, if you mix yellow and blue lights, it becomes "colorless" light such as solar beam!
It is a new wave of artistic expression of our mind!

映画「第二次南北戦争」(2026年MGM 予告編)
"悲劇" か "喜劇" かは、観衆の立場次第！
善玉 "O" 将軍 (俳優：デンゼル=ワシントン) がボストンにある母校ハーバード大学 (北軍の本拠地) へ向かった！ ワシントン (ホワイトハウス) に陣地を構える (南軍の) 悪玉 "T" 将軍と、天下分け目の戦争を開始するためだ！ 1861年の南北戦争以来初めての、内戦が遂に火ぶたを切った！
この戦争は、(勿論) 核兵器を使用しない肉弾戦だ！ 核戦争では、ピカドンで、映画が一瞬に終了してしまうから、(映画業界としては) 商売にならない！ この映画は、米国の中間選挙 (2026年末の投票日) に合せて、封切される予定。。。
(肉弾戦の末) 勝敗の決着は、最終的には、(ゲチスバーグの丘で) "大将同士" の対決になる。。。
"T" 将軍の得意な武器は、ゴルフボールだ！ 対して、"O" 将軍の得意な武器はバスケットボールだ (大学時代、バスケの選手だった)！
先ず、"T" が "O" めがけて、ホールインを狙った！ "O" は、それをバスケのボールで受け止めた。次の瞬間、一体何が起こったか？
旧約聖書によれば、古代ユダヤ時代に、異民族を從えた ゴリアテ (大男) が、ユダヤの国を襲撃してきた時、勇敢に闘った羊飼いの少年 (ダビデ) がいた。若者は "石弓" (パチンコ) の名人だった。。。ルネサンス時代の名彫刻家 "ミケランジェロ" は、有名な "ダビデ像" (大理石) をフローレンスの丘に残している。。
さて、この映画の "シナリオ" ライターは、もう80歳を越えた老人だが、少年時代に日曜学校で、この聖書のエピソードを何度も聞いたことがある。。。。
作家の脳裏に閃いたシーンは、こうだった！ "O" 将軍のバスケボールに命中したゴルフボールがそのまま跳ね返って、"T" 将軍の目間に命中して、将軍はバッタリ倒れた。即死だった！

Foot Note: 実は、2024年に, 英国人の Alex Garland (映画監督兼シナリオ作家) が、"Civil War" という映画を製作、上映している。米国の大統領 (恐らく、"トランプ" がモデル) を暗殺せんとする「ゲリラ戦争」映画 である (我が輩は観ていないので、詳細は不明)。面白いのは、Alex の祖父は、1960年にノーベル医学賞を、豪州メルボルンのマックファーレン=バーネットと分かち合った Peter Medawar 博士 (英国の免疫学者) 。。。バーネット卿は、我が (精神的な) 恩師である。1995年に 彼の評伝 (邦訳) を出版した経験がある。
この戦争は、(勿論) 核兵器を使用しない肉弾戦だ！ 核戦争では、ピカドンで、映画が一瞬に終了してしまうから、(映画業界としては) 商売にならない！ この映画は、米国の中間選挙 (2026年末の投票日) に合せて、封切される予定。。。
(肉弾戦の末) 勝敗の決着は、最終的には、(ゲチスバーグの丘で) "大将同士" の対決になる。。。
"T" 将軍の得意な武器は、ゴルフボールだ！ 対して、"O" 将軍の得意な武器はバスケットボールだ (大学時代、バスケの選手だった)！
先ず、"T" が "O" めがけて、ホールインを狙った！ "O" は、それをバスケのボールで受け止めた。次の瞬間、一体何が起こったか？
旧約聖書によれば、古代ユダヤ時代に、異民族を從えた ゴリアテ (大男) が、ユダヤの国を襲撃してきた時、勇敢に闘った羊飼いの少年 (ダビデ) がいた。若者は "石弓" (パチンコ) の名人だった。。。ルネサンス時代の名彫刻家 "ミケランジェロ" は、有名な "ダビデ像" (大理石) をフローレンスの丘に残している。。
さて、この映画の "シナリオ" ライターは、もう80歳を越えた老人だが、少年時代に日曜学校で、この聖書のエピソードを何度も聞いたことがある。。。。
作家の脳裏に閃いたシーンは、こうだった！ "O" 将軍のバスケボールに命中したゴルフボールがそのまま跳ね返って、"T" 将軍の目間に命中して、将軍はバッタリ倒れた。即死だった！

"Global warming" shortens the lifespan of small animals (Drosophila and C. elegans), while PAK1-blockers boost their lifespan 9 times at maximum by activating "heat-shock protein" (HSP) genes!
So why not invest your money to boost our scholarly work for exploring more potent PAK1-blockers?
In my opinion, "Greens" should be much wiser to learn what is the most important effort for them to save ourselves and other animals from the current "global warming".
By the way, plants have no PAK1 gene. Thus, PAK1-blockers have no effect on their lifespan. Perhaps only "water" would save their life from the drought. That is why we have to dig reservoirs for saving extra rain water each year when cyclones come, and saving people/farmers from flooding. Bob Katter, a smart politician in QLD, has agreed with me.
Furthermore, I should remind readers that domestic plants are the major sources of potent PAK1-blockers!
In conclusion, we need a "Charles Darwin" to lead the "Greens" far more effectively:
Charles Darwin found a female “elephant turtle” called “Harriet” (1830-2005) in Galapagos Island around 1835, and brought her to Brisbane Zoo in Australia. She finally passed away peacefully at age 175, breaking the Guiness World Record of this species. Her favorite diet was red flower of Hibiscus which is rich in anthocyanin, a PAK1-blocker. Indeed around 2020, a German team proved that an extract of this flower extends the lifespan of C. elegans by 25%!
