The Major Role of WHO in Post-COVID-19 Era

Hiroshi Maruta, PAK Research Center, Melbourne Australia.
During last 6 months, COVID-19 killed more than 600,000 people world-wide, mainly due to the mishandling by both Chinese government and WHO. However, this COVID-19 based loss of lives is less than 1 /1000 % of the total world population (70 billions). In my opinion, the most serious problem in this planet is not “pandemic” bacterial or viral infection any more, but “over-population” of human beings in this “limited” space. Since the Chinese communist government (CCG) declared the impressive “one child per family” policy in 1949, the population in CCG ironically increased from 6 billions to 14 billions during 7 decades. Obviously this policy failed. Similarly the Indian population in the subcontinent increased from < 5 billions to 14 billions. Why did both over-populated Asian countries fail the crucial “birth-control”?
In the past (before WWII), hygienic control was very poor, and the fatality of baby or young child was very high.  That is why people have to produce more than 1 child per family. However, due to a great improvement of hygienic and other medical conditions, general fatality becomes quite low, perhaps except for war zones, and therefore the reasonable “birth control” became necessary for blocking the over-population of human beings. However, very unfortunately, (post WWII) WHO has paid their attention, only little if any, to the birth control. That is why we are now severely suffering from a series of “global warming” effects, such as bush fires ( in California and Southern Ausralia) and increase in sea levels world-wide, which are caused by release of too much CO2  gas into atomosphere (produced from burning coal , oil and propan gas for cars and airplanes etc).
Usually CO2 is consumed by plants, but too much logging activity for housing and farming, the native forests have been drastically shrinked. Thus, it is very clear that if WHO is intended to maintain or improve our health conditions, that is QOL (quality of life) of both human beings and other animals on this planet, they have to control “effectively” the birth of human beings simulatanously, before  promoting the “old-fashioned” (time-consuming) anti-viral vaccine development/ production. In my expert opinion, a series of PAK1-blockers, readily available in the market, such as propolis and ivermectin will take care of these (PAK1-dependent) viral pandemics:

Alternatively, we could send 28 billions of people in both Chinese and Indian territories by “jumbo” rockets with a plenty of water and oxygen (or combination of CO2 and plant seeds) to Moon or Mars. Through “photosynthesis”, they can produce a plenty of oxygen from plants for both people and other animals. Lands in both Moon and Mars are currently free, and they can enjoy an “unlimited” sex life (without any birth-control!). Then the rest of us (60% of current population) could enjoy the better QOL (quality of life) on this planet.

Well, domestic migration to either Moon or Mars will probably take decades or a century. Until then, what shall we do for saving this planet from either over-population or global warming caused by too much emission of CO2?  Back in 1973, I left Japan by a giant contenna liner (tanker), instead of airplane to reach the US. It took non-stop 9 days from Yokohama to Seattle. On this ship, only 13 passengers were allowed to get on board. In the US, and in any other places, I have never driven a car. I always use public trans-portation or walk on my own feet throughout my entire life. It sounds very frugal, but is “accomplishable”. After COVID-19 pandemic, more than 90% airplanes world–wide remain landed. Many pilots look for their new job in airforces, because nobody knows when or whether these airplanes fly again. Consequently world-wide tourism was turnished. If everybody stop driving their own cars and taking airplanes, a huge amount of CO2 emission would be reduced. As soon as COVID-19 “lockdown” started, anyone could notice that air quality is remarkably improved all of a sudden even in Beijing. That should be what we are supposed to do for the first place.

Furthermore keep briskly walking or biking will save at least 25% of world population from the “obesity” as well, and people with obesity turn out to be the most mortal with COVID-19!
Just like cancers, obesity is among PAK1-dependent diseases, and exercise suppresses PAK1, the major “pathogenic” kinase.

Reduced fertility and extended lifespan of PAK1-deficient animals
In theory, the best approach to “birth control” of human beings (and any other animals) is “genetic deletion” of PAK1 gene.  I will tell you the “scientific” reason:  For an instance, deletion of PAK1 gene from C. elegans, reduces their fertility to 1/7, and extends their healthy lifespan by 60%. In any animals the fertility and longevity trade off:  in short, sex kills!  However, at least in the case of human beings, we are not allowed as yet to perform any genetic manipulation (during IVF), except for the very special case (s) where without it, the given IVF baby is expected to die shortly after its birth.
However, there are a few alternative (non-genetic) approaches for the birth control:  (i) usage of condom, (ii) taking a “birth-control pill”, (iii) sterilizing male or female genitals after the birth of the first child per family, and (iv) taking PAK1-blockers such as propolis, vitamin D3, ivermectin, melatonin etc, which reduce our fertility to 1/7 (but promote our longevity). In my opinion, WHO and world-leaders should promote seriously these birth controls world-wide to save our planet from both “over-population” and “global warming”.
